• This resort does not accept cash, therefore a credit card is necessary for all purchases.

• The resort has complimentary laundry facilities in the Recreation Center. The concierge desk is in the lobby on the first floor, and their phone extension is 4218. The resort offers internet access at its cyber center (30-minute limit if anyone is waiting) and complimentary Wi-Fi for all units. All units and buildings are non-smoking.
• Due to limited elevator space and access, mandatory luggage valets are required during peak arrival and departure times. This can cause a delay with luggage being delivered to guest suites for up to an hour after arrival, so plan accordingly. Elevator wait times may be longer during peak season, specifically on Sunday mornings.
• Due to limited space, we can only accommodate one vehicle per reservation. An overflow parking lot is nearby for larger vehicles or when the resort garage is full. No oversized vehicles or trailers are allowed on-site. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.
• The resort prohibits charging or using hoverboards while at the property. There is a nominal fee charged by the resort to accept packages and deliveries on behalf of our guests.
