All travel products and services are offered subject to availability. Once reservations are confirmed or travel certificates are provided they are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE. Reservations cannot be changed or endorsed in any way after issuance.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and to withdraw any travel product from our platform at any time, for any reason.

All travel bookings must be made by persons who are of at least legal age of their state of residence.

All travel bookings require payment in full at the time of purchase. No reservations will be held or confirmed without successful payment processing.

All charges will be placed against the credit card provided during the booking process. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through encrypted payment systems.

We are a US based company and all transactions are processed in US Dollars.

For subscription-based services, your membership will automatically renew according to your selected billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Account Suspension: If all payment retry attempts fail, your account access will be temporarily suspended. You will receive email and SMS notifications (if opted in) about the failed payment and suspension.

Grace Period: You have a 30-day grace period from the original renewal date to update your payment information and reactivate your account.

Account Reactivation: To reactivate a suspended account, you must update your payment method and pay any outstanding balance. Upon successful payment, your account will be immediately restored.

Data Retention: During suspension, your account data and travel certificates remain secure and accessible upon reactivation. After 90 days of suspension, we reserve the right to permanently close your account and delete associated data.

"Your Information" includes any information You provide to us in connection with Your use of this Site.

By using our services, You automatically grant us a license to use Your Information as necessary to provide our services to you.

SMS Message Types: You consent to receive account verification codes, booking confirmations, travel notifications, and security alerts.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt-out by replying "STOP" to any SMS message or updating your account settings.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier.

You shall comply with all applicable laws regarding Your use of this Site.

This Site is controlled from our offices in New Jersey. The laws of New Jersey, USA shall apply to these Terms of Use.

You agree that venue and jurisdiction for any disputes lies exclusively in New Jersey.
